PostOnce ("Service") is operated by Lucro Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in the Republic of Ireland (CRO 811725) with its registered office in Co. Kildare, Ireland. In these Terms, "PostOnce," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Lucro Limited.
By accessing or using PostOnce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and enter into a binding agreement with Lucro Limited. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
PostOnce is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Bluesky.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inability to post content due to third-party platform changes or outages.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Lucro Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostOnce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostOnce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Paid plans are offered on a month-to-month basis and will renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and the Service will remain available to you until that date.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. No further charges will be made once a subscription has been cancelled, save for any amount already due for the current period.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in respect of distance contracts under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), as transposed in Ireland by S.I. No. 484/2013 (European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013).
Digital content waiver. PostOnce is supplied as digital content and an online service that is performed immediately. By starting a paid plan and using the Service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. If you have not used the Service within the 14-day period, you may withdraw by contacting support@postonce.app and you will receive a refund of any amounts paid for the unused period.
This section does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the EU Member State in which you are resident.
Except where required by EU consumer law (including the 14-day right of withdrawal described above where it has not been waived), all payments are non-refundable. We do not refund partial billing periods, but you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country in which you reside.
